Acquisitions are an integral part of Midsona's business. In recent years, we have acquired strong Nordic companies and brands within health and well-being. An evaluation and inventory process has been initiated for potential acquisitions in Europe, outside the Nordic region.
COST-EFFECTIVE VALUE CHAIN
We work continuously to evaluate our product range and our suppliers to ensure the best terms and quality. During autumn of 2016 a project was initiated to review the coordination of production and purchasing and during spring of 2017 we started to work to create a Group-wide IT-platform.
