The Nomination Committee of Midsona AB has decided to propose that Tomas Bergendahl, CFO of AAK AB (publ), be elected as a new member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2024. Board member Henrik Stenqvist has announced that he is not available for re-election.
"We are very pleased to be able to propose Tomas Bergendahl as a new member of the Board of Directors and believe that his many years of experience as CFO will be very valuable in the work of the Board. We would also like to thank Henrik Stenqvist for his significant contributions as a member of the Board of Directors since 2017", comments Henrik Munthe, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
Tomas Bergendahl has been CFO and Vice President of AAK AB (publ) since 2021. Prior to that, he worked as CFO at COWI Holding A/S and at Rederi AB TransAtlantic. He also has many years of experience from several senior finance positions within Volvo Aero, both in Scandinavia and in the US.
The Nomination Committee continues its work and the complete proposal will be published no later than in connection with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2024.
The Nomination Committee consists of Henrik Munthe (Stena Adactum AB), Bengt Belfrage (Nordea Funds), Rune Bro Róin (Roin Holding ApS) and Patrik Andersson (Chairman of the Board of Midsona).
