In the light of Erk Schuchhardt’s decision to step down from his role as Director for Division North Europe, Heiko Hintze will assume this role and he will also be part of the Group Management. Heiko Hintze has been Commercial Director of the division since spring 2023.
During his short time at Midsona, Heiko Hintze has reorganized the commercial function within the division and concluded several customer agreements that are expected to have a positive effect from the beginning of 2024. He is an experienced leader who in previous roles has driven growth and created results. He has held several senior positions, including Managing Director of Santaverde and General Manager of Yogi Tea where he successfully built the European business. He has also held senior roles at Cadbury and Colgate-Palmolive.
Erk Schuchardt, sold the family business Davert GmbH, to Midsona in 2018 and subsequently stayed on as Managing Director and played an important role in the integration of the business into Midsona.
